Choosing the perfect historical jewellery

So, you have a wonderful costume, dress, gown or garb from the medieval or renaissance periods, but you don’t really know what kind of jewellery to wear with it?

You probably have an idea, if your costume is based on a painting or some other kind of first hand source, but maybe you’d like to know if there is an easy way to wear jewellery correct for the era?

It’s quite possible that you can use things you already have in your jewellery box. It’s just a matter of knowing what goes with what. Ask me, I’ll give you some advice (free, of course) and I’ll turn my answer into a blog post.
